Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure your return is eligible:
The product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Items that have been used or damaged outside of transit will not be eligible for a refund, as we believe in maintaining the integrity of our healing products.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Personal care items, such as skincare or wellness products, for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). The cost of shipping the item back to us is also the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
